Cancellations with Refund: To receive a full refund of your registration fee (minus the nonrefundable deposit), your cancellation must be received 60 days prior to the scheduled event (per the Covered Bridge Inn Cancellation Policy). Cancellations must be received by August 19, 2018. Cancellations after August 19, 2018 will result in forfeiture of the full reservation fee (including non-refundable deposit). Saturday: Breakfast – 7:30 am to 9:30 am Afternoon Snack – 3:00 pm Dinner & Dessert – 6:30 pm
Sunday: Breakfast – 7:30 am – 9:30 am Lunch – 12:00 noon ***Refrigerators are available! Bring your favorite snacks and drinks! The venue does provide soda and bottle water at $0.50 each – be sure to bring cash. TRANSPORTATION: For those who will be flying in, the venue is roughly 1 hour away from the following airports. I recommend that you rent a car as shuttle prices can be pretty steep. • DFW International Airport • Dallas Love Field Airport Airport shuttles, taxis, and car rental services are available at various rates. Be sure to consider transportation when making your travel plans.
For those of you who are driving in, the venue is close to major thoroughfares to include I-35 W, I30, I-20 and I-170 Cleburne Hwy.
