Friday Creche - 16th February 2018 Term 1 - Week 2
Happy Chinese New Year! Today the children came to crèche and we started off our day
The children are very good at remembering our morning tea
playing the piano with Jenifer. Micah, Skye, James and Dorothy
routine. They love washing their hands. Everyone showed each

The younger children in crèche were exploring the toys Michael found a plastic ball toy and threw around, Elias became a guitarist as he held on to the guitar toy and discovered the buttons and Edward found the shape sorter and used it as a support to stand help him stand.
We then prayed for the food God had provided for us and Dorothy was very kind and helped us by serving her friends their bowl. And the children showed us their please and thank you. Such lovely manners guys!
Packing Up & Morning Tea! Then it was time for morning tea, before morning tea the children helped pack up the toys. They did it very enthusiastically. James helped Steph put away the puzzles.
Bible Story: Jesus Calls His Disciples We then heard the story of Jesus and his twelve disciples. Stephanie named all the disciples for us and the children got to stick each one on by themselves. It was fun taking turns to pick a disciple to stick on the boat!
Craft Time: Fishers of Men After the story we had craft time. The children coloured in fish people and placed them in a net. The children enjoyed the craft. After the children finished their crafts they had time to play a bit more before lunch. Some children came back to the story and recalled what happened in the story and also made up their own story. - C .L
