Poetic Strokes & Word Flow 2014 Regional Anthology Report SELCO and all member libraries encouraged residents who reside in the 11-county SELCO region to submit original poetry to be considered for the 2014 Poetic Strokes & Word Flow regional anthology. Submissions were accepted from in late Fall 2013. After the deadline passed, two qualified evaluation panels reviewed the entries and made the final selections which are included in the anthology. During the open call, 307 poems were submitted by 223 unique poets from 36 communities, representing all 11 SELCO counties. The Poetic Strokes and Word Flow judging panels selected a total of 51 poems by 49 poets from 16 communities in 7 of the 11 SELCO counties.
