JOB DESCRIPTION Company: Cranium One Position: General manager Goals and objectives • Lead and manage qualitative and quantitative performance in operations, community and sales • Help manage the overall P&L responsibility • Build and grow the Cranium One brand through events, public relations efforts, brand awareness, and local specialized support • Partner with key functions such as real estate, finance, IT, digital, HR, development, sales marketing, and communications to grow the Cranium One community • Lead the Community Management teams to achieve the following: o Create a collaborative community environment amongst our members through events and personal introductions o Ensure that buildings are fully operational and processes are running smoothly o Manage the sales process and churn o Team development and growth o Manage all KPIs for the market o Core alignment with the company mission and values Essential Functions 1. Sets the tone for the team, demands performance, and drives results while also growing the next generation of leaders in the market and in the company. Responsible for all hiring and firing. 2. Participates in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and implement longrange goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives. 3. Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives. 4. Confers with the chief administrative officer and other administrative personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions. 5. Develops, reviews, updates and implements business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance and new product development. 6. Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis. 7. Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning and submittal for capital expenditures. 8. Helps manage the P&L - member growth, occupancy, revenue & margins - managing budgets & pro forma 9. Takes responsibility for health of community and experience of buildings

10. Takes responsibility for performance of local community team and for local organizational health 11. Builds a strong local brand through executing marketing campaigns (events, ad buys etc.), in partnership with the Brand & Marketing team Experience and Requirements • BA / BS or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or other related degree • MBA a plus • Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, marketing, retail, startups, consulting or related experience with strong operational focus • Entrepreneurial experience is a plus • P&L experience required • Experience managing teams • Experience managing sales and building high visibility brands a plus • Experience in real estate, facilities management or retail a plus • Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail • Strong communication, organization and project management skills • Assertive and has a strong drive to develop those around you, being an inspirational leader • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy • Strong operations background • Proven experience with Business scaling a plus • Experience in planning strategic growth About Cranium One Cranium One is the platform for dreamers, innovators and game-changers, providing them with space, community, services and resources that enable them to build the future they envision.
