Green Building Council – Idaho Chapter, an Idaho non-profit corporation ("USGBC"), or USGBCauthorized media or video production representatives. I further give permission to the USGBC and/or USGBC-authorized representatives to use my child’s name, voice and/or likeness (including photographs and video images, collectively, the "Images") in any and all promotional material that benefits the USGBC, which may include displaying the Images on USGBC affiliated websites, social networks (such as Facebook) and in press releases (which may be reprinted by press organizations). USGBC may also provide the Images to the national U.S. Green Building Council that USGBC is affiliated with for similar purposes, and the national U. S. Green Building Council is authorized to use the same in a manner consistent with this Release. I understand my child will NOT receive a publicity fee.
