How to Create a New Bidder Account and Register to Bid 1. Click on the appropriate auction link to be taken to the online bidding platform, red “Auction Catalog” button.

2. Click on Login/New Bidder

3. Click on “New Bidder? Click Here”

4. Fill out your Email Address and Confirm Email Address, click on Check Email

5. Fill out your personal account information like name, etc. Please be sure to mark the appropriate checkboxes at the bottom of the screen, this is for how you would like Auction Flex to email you about bidding.

6. Be sure to click on Create Account

7. Once you have created your account, you can click on “Register to Bid” to register for the appropriate auction.

8. After you click on “Register to Bid,” the program will ask you to enter a credit card in the top section. Please be sure you enter this, as the program will not allow you to bid if you have entered this information. You will also need to check the box at the bottom saying you agree to the Terms and Conditions, which are available to view on the same screen. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to read these terms and conditions. 9. If you are trying to create an account or register for the auction and have questions, we may not be available to answer during Auction Day.
