1) From any screen in TAC, select ​ EMAIL​ from the ​ CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT ​ tab at the top of the screen.

 

2) This will bring up an email form. To send out emails to large groups of students and parents, click on the ​ TO​ button.

3) This will bring up your list of classes.

4) To send to just students, just guardians, or both, select which option you would like from the pull down menu at the top on the right side (red arrow). 5) Then, select the classes to which you want the email sent by checking a box in the far left column (yellow arrow). If you want to select individual students, click the plus mark next to the class section, then select the individual students. Even if you check students individual names, this will still send the email to the guardians if you have selected this option from the pull down menu in the top right corner.

6) Once you’ve selected your recipients, click ​ CLOSE​ in the bottom right corner. You will arrive back at the email form. Type your email and hit send!
