Store and back up your les in the Cloud Use Google Drive File Stream to store your files and photos to Drive, so even if your computer or smartphone dies, you don’t lose all your files. You can upload your existing files to store in Drive, no matter what format they’re in. With G Suite Basic, you get 30 GB of storage shared across Gmail and Drive, with the option to purchase more if you need it with G Suite Business. Everyone else on your G Suite account also each gets 30 GB of storage space. You can save files directly from Gmail into Drive, and keep any type of file in Drive.

Work from any device With Drive, you can access your documents in Drive wherever you go—on your computer, phone, or tablet. When you finish making your changes, Drive automatically syncs the latest changes. So if you open the same document from another device, all the changes you made appear.
3
Share les with anyone You can share photos or large documents with anyone, even if they don’t have a Google account, and choose whether other users on your G Suite account can do the same. You can also use Drive to easily work on documents with other members of your team. Start using Google Docs and make edits to the same file—without needing different versions of the document.
