Normal, IL October 14, 2017 10 AM Rehearsal at HHS 11 AM Load the trailer 11:45 AM – Load Busses (Bring Snack if you want!) 12 PM – Depart for ISU 3 PM – Arrive/Unload/Change into uniform 4:02 PM – Depart for Warm up 4:16 PM - Physical Warm Up – Field A 4:30 PM – Music Warm Up 4:58 PM - Head to Stadium 5:08 PM – At Gate 5:18 PM – Performance 5:30 PM – Picture/change out of uniform/eat 6:28 PM – Watch ISU Big Red Marching Machine 6:42 PM - Awards 7 PM – load busses and depart 10:00 PM (approximately)- return to HHS and unload If the band were to make finals, finals would start at 7:30 PM and end at 11 PM and then the band would depart for HHS after. Things to bring – Black Socks, Under the Uniform Shirt, Athletic Shorts for under the uniform, money for concessions, Bring a Snack if you want for the bus Information for Family – Hancock Stadium, N Main St, Normal, IL 61761 Tickets are $15.00 for all day admission, including finals. Children 12 and under are admitted free.
