Assistant Administrative Officer (Programme) – Regular Post Mode of Appointment: Regular.

Qualification: Graduate degree.

Experience: Work experience of 08 years. The candidate must be aware of the entire programme work in an educational institute. Good communication skills (both oral and written). He should be well conversant with MS Office/Excel/PP etc. Age: Not exceeding 40 years on the date of advertisement.

Functions: The Assistant Administrative Officer (Programme) will take care of the FPM office tasks in the Institute. He /She will be responsible for close coordination with Chairperson FPM and other members of the Department. He/ She will take care of all the Programme related issues of the institute.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of functions and technology; very high on integrity; a passion for creating a high performing organization with a strong commitment to service and accountability. The Candidate selected for the appointment can be transferred/ side stepped to any other appointment as part of job rotation or to meet any organisation requirement.

He / She will be responsible for close coordination with Administrative Officer and other members of the Department. He / She will take care of all the administrative related issues of the institute. Functions: The Network Engineer will take care of the IT Department in the Institute. He /She will be responsible for close coordination with Chairperson IT and System Administrator of the Department. He/ She will take care of all the technical and administrative requirements / related issues of the institute.

Qualification: Passed B.Com. / B.B.A. with 1st division or M.B.A. / Inter C.A. / I.C.W.A. Experience: Relevant Post Qualification Work Experience of 08 (eight) years for candidates who have passed B.Com. / B.B.A. with 1st division or Relevant Post Qualification Work Experience of 05 (five) years for candidates who have passed MBA / Inter CA / ICWA The candidate must be aware of the entire accounts related work. Preference will be given to candidates who have work experience of an educational institute. Good communication skills (both oral and written). He should be well conversant with MS Office/Excel/Talley/PP etc. Age: Not exceeding 40 years on the date of advertisement. Functions: The Senior Accountant will take care of the Accounts related work in the Institute. He /She will be responsible for close coordination with Accounts Officer and Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer of the Accounts Department. Functions: Managing the IT infrastructure (LAN, Server, Security, E-mail, Web, Multimedia Projectors, Video Conferencing, EPABX etc.) of the Institute. Design/implementing of new technology initiatives.

Knowledge of network, security, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Operating systems (Linux, windows), virtualization, database and web development are required. SC/ST candidates are exempted from the application fee.

Those who are in regular service in Government / Public Sector Establishments / Autonomous Institutions will be required to produce a No Objection Certificate, if called for interview/skill test.

The Institute solely reserves the right not to fill the advertised position without assigning any reason. The Institute will also reserve the right to limit the total number of candidates to be called for interview/skill test. The decision of the Institute in this regard will be final.

Mere fulfilling of the minimum qualifications / eligibility and experience will not confer any right to the candidates for being called for interview/skill test or / and for his / her selection.
