Impo old emails You can bring your old emails from another provider, such as Yahoo!®, Outlook®, or AOL®, to Gmail. You can choose: ●
Option 1: Import your old emails and forward incoming emails from your old email provider to Gmail.

Option 2: Import only your old emails (not any new ones).
Note: You can also just forward new emails from your old email provider to Gmail. When you finish importing emails, you can also import all your contacts stored in those accounts.

First, turn on impo ing in the Admin console 1.
Sign in to your Google Admin console with your G Suite username and password.

From the Admin console Home page, click Apps > G Suite > Gmail.

Scroll down and click Advanced settings.

Under Setup, in the User email uploads section, check the Show users the option to import mail and contacts box. This lets you (and your users) see the option to import mail and contacts in Gmail.

Click Save.

Next, add your old email account to Gmail
2.1
(Option 1) Impo old emails and get new incoming emails from another account Choose this option if you have a personal Gmail address and want to bring all your old and new incoming emails from it to your G Suite Gmail inbox. Gmail will first import your old messages. and then continue to bring in new messages sent to your other account. You can add up to 5 Gmail accounts.

Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.

In the POP Download section, select Enable POP for all mail.

(Recommended) Next to When messages are accessed with POP, select Keep Gmail's copy in the inbox.

At the bottom, click Save Changes.

Sign out of that account and sign in to your G Suite Gmail account.

To use this option, your other email provider must offer POP3 access. (If you get an error, you may want to visit your other email provider’s help center to see if they support POP3.) Your contacts won’t be imported automatically with this method, but you can still import contacts separately. If you’re importing emails from another account, such as Hotmail® or Outlook or Yahoo!, check your email provider’s support articles. Make sure you enable POP or IMAP access in that account.

(Option 2) Impo
only old emails from another account
If you’re switching from another email provider to Gmail, this is an easy way to transfer all your old emails to Gmail. With this option, you won’t use your old email address anymore. New emails are forwarded to your Gmail account for 30 days. This gives you time to tell your friends and business contacts about your new address. (If you want to keep getting new emails from your old account, try one of the options above.)
