Cancel your G Suite account If you’ve decided that you don’t want to use G Suite with your domain anymore, you can cancel your subscription. You won’t incur any G Suite subscription charges if you cancel your account before your trial runs out. See when your trial ends. If your trial has run out, if you bought your domain when you signed up for G Suite, or if you have G Suite Marketplace apps or other subscriptions, visit Cancel your G Suite subscription and delete your G Suite account in the Administrator Help Center.

Step 1
(Optional) Download your data Before you cancel your subscription, you can download your G Suite data. This includes new contacts you’ve added or Drive files. If you don’t want to save your data, your data will be deleted when you delete your G Suite account. To save your data: 1.
In your browser, go to the Download your data page and sign in with your G Suite username and password.

Select the Google products you want to download data from.

Click Next.

Choose how you’d like your data sent to you: ○
Click Send download link via email if you want to receive a link by email that you can click to download your data onto a computer or portable drive.

Click Add to Drive if you have a personal Gmail address or Google account (not your G Suite email address) and you’d like to use that account’s Drive to store your data.
○
Click Microsoft Drive or Send download link via email to add the file to a third-party cloud storage, such as Dropbox or Microsoft Drive.

Click Create archive, and follow instructions to download your data or send it to your cloud storage.

Cancel your G Suite subscription Important: If you bought your domain when you signed up for G Suite, follow these instructions in the Admin Help Center. (You can cancel G Suite but keep your domain, or you can transfer your account.) Note: If you have other subscriptions, such as Google Vault, you must cancel these before you can cancel G Suite. You can do this from your Google Admin console by going into Billing > Actions > Cancel subscription. 1.
Sign in to the Google Admin console with your G Suite username and password.

Click Billing.

Next to your G Suite subscription, click Actions > Cancel subscription.

Click Continue.

Check the box that confirms that you downloaded your data and that you want to delete your account.

Click Delete my domain.
Your account and user data will be deleted. You won’t be able to sign in to Google services or the Admin console with this account. Note: After you delete this domain, it can take up to 24 hours for it to be available again if you want to sign up for a new G Suite account with it.
