If you have several windows or programs open and you want to show one in particular, like the one with your presentation, click A Window. Then choose which window you’d like your guests to see. (They won’t see any of the others.) To share the whole desktop or screen, click Your Entire Screen. 5. Click Share. A message appears at the bottom right of your screen to notify you that you’re sharing your screen. 6. Go to the window on your computer that you’re presenting. Other people on the call will see that window. 7. To stop sharing your screen, return to the Hangouts Meet tab in your Chrome browser, and click Stop Screen Sharing.
