puring NFIR's PNM meetingheld with the Railway Board on 08ft/09ftOctober2015, the subject matter was discussed.In the said meeting, the Official Side statedthat various options suggested by the Federation for providing better avenue of promotion to the Technical Supervisorsworking in the Printing and StationaryDepartmenthave beenexaminedat length but not found feasible.'In response,Federationrequestedfor details of the options which have been examinedfor appreciationand conveying Federation'sreaction.Thereaftera period of over six monthshaspassed,the desiredposition is yet to be receivedby the Federation.
