คาดว่ ากาไรจากธุรกิจหลักใน 1Q61F จะโต 48% YoY และ 27% QoQ เราคาดว่ากาไรจากธุรกิจหลักของ IVL ใน 1Q61 จะอยูท่ ี่ 4.9 พันล้านบาท (+48% YoY, +27% QoQ) ซึ่ง มีสาเหตุสาคัญมาจากการที่ spread ของเกือบทุกผลิตภัณฑ์ขยับสู งขึ้น หลังจากที่จีนห้ามการนาเข้า พลาสติกรี ไซเคิล 2-3 ล้านตันตั้งแต่วนั ที่ 1 มกราคมที่ผา่ นมา ส่งผลให้อุปสงค์ของพลาสติกบริ สุทธิ์ เพิ่มขึ้น โดย spread ของทั้ง PTA และ PET ในซีกโลกตะวันออกพุง่ ขึ้นถึง 12% QoQ เป็ น US$123/ton และ US$141/ton ตามลาดับ ในขณะที่ spread ของ MEG ในซีกโลกตะวันตกก็เพิ่มขึ้น 9% QoQ เป็ น US$691/ton ในขณะที่เราใช้สมมติฐานว่าปริ มาณยอดขายจะทรงตัว QoQ ใน 1Q61 แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม เรา คาดว่ากาไรสุ ทธิใน 1Q61 จะลดลง 51% QoQ เนื่องจาก IVL บันทึกกาไรพิเศษสองรายการใน 4Q60 ได้แก่ i) การกลับรายการค่าใช้จ่ายภาษี 3.4 พันล้านบาท จากการที่สหรัฐปรับลดอัตราภาษีนิติบุคคลลง และ ii) กาไร 3.5 พันล้านบาท จากการเข้าซื้อกิจการในราคาถูก อาจจะเข้ าซื้อกิจการโรงงาน PTA-PET ครบวงจรในสหรัฐ เมื่อวันที่ 21 มีนาคม บริ ษทั แจ้ง SET ว่าได้ต้ งั Joint Venture (JV) ร่ วมกับ Alpek และ Far Eastern โดย แบ่งสัดส่วนการถือหุ ้นเท่าๆ กัน และ JV นี้ได้เข้าทาสัญญาซื้ อโรงงาน PTA-PET ครบวงจรจาก M&G USA Corp. ซึ่งเป็ นผูป้ ระมูลที่เสนอราคาสูงที่สุดที่ US$1.125 พันล้านเหรี ยญ ใน Corpus Christi รัฐ Texas ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริ กา โดยโครงการ Corpus Christi ประกอบด้วยโรงงาน PTA กาลังการผลิต 1.3MTA และโรงงาน PET กาลังการผลิต 1.1MTA ซึ่งกาลังอยูร่ ะหว่างการก่อสร้าง และคาดว่าจะเริ่ มเปิ ด ดาเนินการเชิงพาณิ ชย์ได้ใน 2H62 ถึงแม้วา่ ธุรกรรมนี้ จะต้องรอการอนุมตั ิจากศาลล้มละลายและ หน่วยงานรัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องก่อน แต่เรามีมุมมองที่เป็ นบวกต่อดีลนี้ และมองว่ามีโอกาสสู งที่บริ ษทั จะซื้ อ โรงงาน PTA-PET ของ M&G ในสหรัฐได้สาเร็ จ นอกจากนี้ เรายังคาดว่าโครงการ Corpus Christi จะทา กาไรให้ IVL ปี ละ 1.8-2.0 พันล้านบาท ซึ่งจะทาให้ราคาเป้ าหมายของเรามี upside เพิ่มอีก 5.00 บาท/หุ้น ซึ่ งเรายังไม่ได้รวมไว้ในการประเมินมูลค่าหุ ้น Valuation and action
