JOURNALIST – ENROLLMENT PROCESS USER MANUAL

Screens in DPRO login: 1. Login as DPRO with username (dpro_mbn) and password as shown in screen shot 1. NOTE: DPRO should have a provision to add journalist into the scheme.

2. Click on Registration → Adding Journalist to Scheme (incase the journalist is not yet enrolled into Journalist Health Scheme) as shown in screen shot 2.

On clicking 'adding journalist to scheme', a page will be displayed where the user has a provision to enter first name,last name,mobile number and email id along with which the user has to select the department, designation(working/retired journalist) and district from the dropdown box provided as shown in screen shot 3. A provision to select whether the journalist is an accredited journalist, if Yes, the user needs to enter the journalist ID. Once mandatory fields are entered, the user needs to click on 'submit' button.

Screen Shot 3 4. On clicking 'submit' , a message 'Journalist Code: MBNA00123 Created Successfully' will pop up as shown in screen shot 4. NOTE: An SMS and Email will be sent to the registered mobile number and email id.

Screens in Journalist login: 5. Login as journalist with created username (MBNA00123) and password(sent through SMS & Email) as shown in screen shot 5.

Screen Shot 5 6. Click on Registration → Health Card Enrollment as shown in screen shot 6 .

Screen Shot 6 7. On clicking 'health card enrollment', the page will navigate to 'registration form' onto which journalist ID and name will be autopopulated as shown in screen shot 7. Here the user now has a provision to fill the personal details,working details, identification details, address for correspondance and add attachments if any., After entering all the mandatory fields, the user has a provision to partially save the details.

8. After entering all the mandatory fields, the user has provision to click on 'add details of family members' to add the beneficiary details as shown in screen shot 7(a).

Screen Shot 7(a) 9. On clicking 'save family member details', a message 'family member details added successfully' will pop up as shown in screen shot 7(b).

Screen Shot 7(b) 10. Once all the mandatory fields like personal details,working details, identification details, address for correspondance,family member details are added, the user now clicks on 'SAVE' button onto which a message 'saved successfully' will pop up as shown in screen shot 8.

11. On saving the details, the user now has a provision to 'submit application' as shown in screen shot 9.

Screen Shot 9 12. On submitting the application, a message 'application for health card has been submitted and it is pending with DPRO for approval' as shown in screen shot 10.

Screen Shot 12 15. On clicking 'enrolled journalist application', a page will be displayed where the user has a provision to click on appropriate journalist ID hyperlink to view the details as shown in screen shot 13.

Screen Shot 13 16. On clicking 'journalist id hyperlink, a page will be displayed where the user has a provision to either approve or reject the application as shown in screen shot 14. Approve Reject

--> Goes to next level i.e., Executive. --> Goes back to Journalist for resubmission.

Screens in IPRO login: 23. Login as IPRO with username and password as shown in screen shot 21.
