2013 FEB 04 – 2015 FEB 04 2 YEARS CONSULTANT TO IT TRAINING, NCS PTE LTD Throughout 2 years with NCS Pte Ltd, Lionel was a dedicated technical writer who was very involved in testing and analysis to produce training content work. Per system development project, Lionel assisted the team on testing at every UAT stage and in alignment to his work, establish user behavior analysis to develop documentations with PowerPoint that facilitated the learning and understanding of systems to users.

One major project eBolt, which was accounted for 1 million dollars, Lionel created the training content and his good work had a positive review from the project manager. Furthermore, on the 2nd year of his contract renewal, he was appointed the Recreational Club (RC) Chairman where Lionel excelled and was fortunate to had been awarded Singtel Spot Award (see next few pages). Reason for leaving: Other than an attractive remuneration package, Stamford American International School offered Lionel an opportunity to work with American and UK expats.
