1. The Government of Bangladesh has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Urban Primary Health Care Services Delivery Project (UPHCSDP). Part of this loan will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB. 2. The Executive Engineer, LGED, Gazipur (the “Employer”) invites sealed bid from eligible bidders for the construction and completion of 6 storied CRHCC building (Civil Works, Sanitary Works, Electrical Works, Generator, Patient Lift, Solar Panel and Deep Set Tube Well) near Morkun Graveyard at Tongi in Gazipur City Corporation, District: Gazipur. 3. Only eligible bidders with key qualifications should participate in this bidding. Please refer to the bidding document for the complete evaluation and qualification criteria. 4. Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. For the purpose of the determining the equivalent amount of the required Bid Security in a freely convertible currency, the exchange rates published by Bangladesh Bank prevailing on the date 28 days prior to the deadline for bid submission shall be applied.
