-BST staff members will hold a meeting at the Showa Campus for all participants. We will go over important rules & course information as well as answer any questions you may have (Date & Time TBC). -We will have a BST bus pick up from Showa Campus (7:45) and then go on to pick up from Shibuya Campus (8:00). For those of you not taking the school bus and meeting us directly there, arrival at Makuhari should be no later than 9:00. -For those of you interested, there is a practice run held from 7:45 for all participants. Please arrive at around 7:15 if you would like to participate in this.
