ISO 22301 Introduction This 1 day training enables participants to be familiar with the basic concepts of the implementation and management of a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) as specified in ISO 22301:2012, as well as the best practices for implementing the business continuity processes based on ISO/PAS 22399. ISO 22301 BCMS Lead Auditor This 5 day course enables participants to develop the needed expertise to audit a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), and ma-nage a team of auditors by applying widely recognised audit principles, procedures and techniques. Bespoke BCM Courses – adaptable according to your organisational requirements Business Continuity and Crisis Management Executive Awareness This 5 day Executive training course gives the delegate a comprehensive subject matter grounding in the six Professional Practices (PP) of Business Continuity and Crisis Management Best Practice.
