The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes: (a) officers, directors, employees and representatives of Matt's Cookies USA, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies; (b) persons engaged in, and persons associated with Gossip Genie and other companies engaged in, the development, production, promotion, advertising or running of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”); and (c) each of the foregoing person's’ immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each), as well as persons living in the same household (whether related or not). Any eligible minor must have her or her parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to enter the Sweepstakes. 3) HOW TO ENTER : No Purchase Necessary, and no entry fee, payment or proofofpurchase necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. 4) PRIZE: ● One (1) winner will be selected per social post. ● One (1) of the previous winners will be selected to receive a year supply of Matt's Cookies. ● The prize will be 24 packages of Matt’s cookies.
