A Community Baccalaureate Service honoring the Orient-Macksburg Class of 2018 will be held Wednesday, May 16th starting at 7:30 p.m. at the Orient United Methodist Church. We are thrilled to announce that Ron Hemsworth will be the speaker and his message is entitled, “Crossing Jordan.” Ron works for the Ringgold County Hospital serving the ambulance and in the emergency room. He and his wife Joy lead a college ministry every Wednesday night in Creston and have five adult children. The public is invited to attend and support our graduates by listening to Ron’s exciting message. A time of fellowship will follow the program. Come prepared to be uplifted while Ron shares from his heart. Sponsoring Churches of O-M’s Baccalaureate service include: Macksburg United Methodist, Orient United Methodist, Plymouth Congregational Church, Avondale United Methodist, Carl United Methodist, St. John's Catholic, Hebron United Methodist, Immanuel Lutheran, and the First Baptist Church in Creston.
