IMPORTANT!! SENIORS: If you are planning on attending After Prom you must pick up you & your guests permission slip from senior mailboxes TODAY. If you are bringing a guest that is an underclassmen or from another school, they must fill out a permission slip as well. Guidance has extra copies. All permission slips are due by FRIDAY MAY 11. No exceptions! "Seniors, If you are bringing someone to the Prom who does not attend Inter-Lakes, you will need to fill out a permission slip. Permission slips can be found in Mr. Parson's office. This must be done by Wednesday, May 16th."
A representative from the U.S. Marines will be in guidance this Friday, May 11th during High School lunches. Please see guidance if you would like to meet and receive more information.

***Today in History*** On this day in 1950, Lafayette Ronald Hubbard (1911-1986) publishes Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health. With this book, Hubbard introduced a branch of self-help psychology called Dianetics, which quickly caught fire and, over time, morphed into a belief system boasting millions of subscribers: Scientology.
