Friendship Flower and Folk Festival

Saturday, May 12, 2012 11:00 am - 4:00 pm - rain or shine Come share in the festivities, music, book and plant sales AND support the Pittsburgh Montessori PTSA at the same time! Our school will be selling baked goods as well as allowing participants to design their own peace/prayer flags to be used on our school grounds.
WAYS THAT YOU CAN HELP: • Lemonade Stand volunteers and donations of lemonade mix! • Drop off your donations of cookies, scones, pies, donuts, quiche, muffins between 10am-noon at Baum Grove (Roup, Harriet & Fairmount) or at the school on Friday. • Donate the use of your “event tent” for the day • Work the booth for an hour • Help set up, price items, and clean up Contact Cassi Schaffer

Heritage Dinner - Pot Luck Wednesday, May 23, 6:30 p.m.
We will be highlighting our research on the continent of Africa. Book Fair in the Library Come and join your PM family and friends for the Annual Heritage Dinner. Each year the school hosts a gathering, famous for a wonderful variety of foods and interesting research presentations from PM students, to celebrate our rich history and diversity. All families are asked to bring an appetizer, main entree, or dessert to share that represents their heritage. Feel free to use the following guidelines, Last names that begin with T-Z: appetizer or salad Last names that begin with A-G: main dish Last names that begin with H-S: dessert Held in the Pittsburgh Montessori School Gym also welcoming donations of individual drinks (juice boxes and water) The PTO will provide paper supplies Want to Help?
