Dear Parents, In the interest of safety, medications to be given by school personnel will be given only under the following conditions:  Medications shall be transported to and from school by parent or responsible adult, not by the student.  Medications shall be brought to the nurse’s office. If the nurse is not available, medication shall be given to the office secretary.  Medication must be brought in the original, pharmacy labeled container.  Written permission by parent and doctor is required. Forms are available in the health office. Permission is required for prescribed and over-the-counter medication. Please call with any questions (303) 857-7276. Los medicamentos deberán ser traídos a la oficina de la enfermera. Si la enfermera no esta disponible el medicamento deberá entregado a la secretaria de la oficina. Los medicamento deberán ser traídos en su contenido original, con la etiqueta de la farmacia. Se requiere un permiso por escrito de parte del padre y del doctor. Las formas están disponibles en la oficina de la salud. El permiso es requerido para medicinas recetadas y comprada sin receta.
