Who: All band students grades 6-8 from SCIS & WSMS*
 When: Friday, May 12, 2017
 Time:

Meet at WSMS at 4:00 pm for the 6:00 pm show

Cost:

$40 for Students & $45 for Parent/Chaperone (chaperone must be cleared by LISD)

Cost includes transportation and dinner during the show! *This is an optional event, but it will be a lot of fun!

The RevTrak link will be sent by email as soon as it is available (it will hopefully be live by Friday). If paying by check, please address to SCIS Band and turn it in with this form in a sealed envelope with the student’s first and last name printed on the front.
