SIERRA VISTA SEVENTH GRADE FIELD TRIP Thursday, February 15, 2018 • $60 for students; $65 for adults
Dear Students and Parents, We are excited to announce that Sierra Vista’s annual seventh grade Medieval Times field trip will take place on Thursday, February 15, 2018. We would love to include all seventh grade students who will appreciate the experience and behave appropriately. Please note the following: ●
If you are allergic to animals or have asthma, be aware that there are many horses at Medieval Times.

This is NOT a school night for students. The following day is a Pupil Free Day.
●
Buses will leave Sierra Vista at 3:30 p.m. sharp, and will return at approximately 10:00 p.m.
●
Please be sure an ADULT is present to pick up your child at 10:00 p.m. We DO NOT want any child walking home from school this late at night. It is always better if you are waiting for your child when we return, rather than your child waiting for you.

The cost is $60 per student. The ASB Office accepts cash, credit card, or check payable to “Sierra Vista ASB.” Students may bring additional money for gifts and/or souvenirs. Parents/guardians may join us for $65. This admission price includes dinner (including soft drink and one refill), entertainment, transportation, and supervision.

This is no ordinary school field trip; it is a special evening event and a privilege. We may use the second quarter report card conduct codes, as well as current conduct, to determine eligibility. Eligibility will ultimately be at the discretion of each student’s team teachers.

Permission slips and payments are due at the same time, and should be taken to the ASB Window at brunch or lunch.
●
The deadline to turn in both permission slip and payment is Friday, January 26. Additional space may be available after the deadline, but cannot be guaranteed and will only be on a limited, space-available basis.
●
Per Medieval Times policy, no refunds can be issued after payment has been made to Medieval Times.

By submitting a permission slip and payment for the trip, we (student and parent/guardian) indicate that we have read and understand the requirements and deadlines for the Medieval Times Field Trip. We also agree to cooperate with all deadlines and understand that student eligibility may be determined based on my child’s behavior comment codes from the Q2 Report Card, as well as their ongoing conduct at school leading up to the date of the trip.
