• For student satisfaction and retention rates to be maintained, these needs must be addressed • A face to face staff training package and associated web resource have been developed

• Covers the nature of non-traditional students, their specific needs and how to address them • Modified to produce web resource

• Access to web resource in advance • Summarises the report and allows discussion
Outcomes • 1st KKP session well received • Discussions underway regarding incorporation into TLHEP
• Paper in preparation for publication • Web resource to be made more widely available
