Colleagues, In response to feedback from clerical staff regarding “Contact Clean-Up” in MyEducation BC, we have collaborated with the CUPE Executive to create a plan to provide additional support for schools to complete this task prior to the end of December 2016. Beginning in October, the District will provide specifically trained clerical support to merge and “clean-up” contacts at your school. The clerical support person will come to your school with their own laptop and will need a space to work; preferably in the office if possible so that they can ask questions when necessary. My preferred dates and times are:_______________________ ****************************************************************************************** After you have sent your email, you will receive a confirmation from software support indicating the dates and times when you can expect the clerical support person to be at your school. A couple of notes:  

This support is provided specifically to clean-up contacts for your school in MyEducation BC and not for other clerical support duties. In the event of “high absenteeism” of clerical staff at schools, members of the contact clean-up team will be assigned to schools to provide relief coverage.
