FOR GRADE 9 STUDENTS ONLY: This course is developed to support students in the challenge of creating a meaningful Personal Project that will be fun to do and easy to document. By having a two week period to look over the MYP criteria and to research projects on a daily basis, students taking this summer course could realistically create a framework for a successful Personal Project that can be completed well before the 2016 deadline.
Medeha is certified teacher from America and has been an educator for nearly 10 years. She earned her bachelors’ degree from The University of California, Berkeley. She then received her master’s degree in education from The City University of New York. This is her third year at UNIS and she is currently teaching middle and high school mathematics. Medeha has supervised personal projects from a range of disciplines and has led the standardization of assessing the personal project criteria.
