Withdraw of Awards and Notice of Awards

Mr. Baisey, Najlaa will stop all mobilization efforts at the following sites with immediate effect. This is formal notification that Kellogg Brown & Root Services, Inc is formally rescinding the Notices of Award and subcontracts issued to Najlaa International Catering Services for DFAC Services at the following sites. Site F1.1 F2.1 / F2.4 F2.2 B4 D4 Najlaa will stop all work, make no further shipments and place no further purchase orders in connection with mobilization of these sites. Do not mobilize any more personnel into theater for these positions. KBR will report suspected Trafficking in Persons violations discovered at various labor camps to the appropriate authorities. The conditions these personnel are living in must be corrected at once. Food, water, medical care and basic hygiene are lacking at these camps

KBR will provide further direction and guidance on the above sites in the near future. Respectfully,
