Prescott Valley Arizona Stake Prescott Valley Wards Realignment September 3, 2012 Narrative Boundaries Dewey Ward * Beginning at a point on SR 69 at approximately mile post 280 (near Prescott Dells Road intersection), moving southeast along southern boundary of Mortimers Family Farm; east along Trails End, extending out to Waste Management land fill on SR 169; north to a point intersected by a line extending east from Superstition Drive in Prescott Valley (includes Cherry); west along said line and then along Superstition Drive it Navajo Drive; north along Navajo Drive to Lake Shore Drive; southwest along Lake Shore Drive to Greg Drive; south along Greg Drive to Yavapai Road; east along Yavapai Road to Navajo Drive; south along Navajo Drive, across SR 69, then along a line due south to an intersection with a line west from Prescott Dells Road (the current boundary with the Cottonwood Arizona Stake); then east along said boundary to the beginning point on SR 69

StoneRidge Ward * Beginning at a point on Lake Shore Drive (between Mountain Valley Park and Trinity Lutheran Church, where an extension east from Long Look Drive would intersect); west along Nace Lane in front of Park View Middle School; along the back property lines of homes fronting Nace Lane, crossing Robert Road, then along the back property lines of homes fronting Dana Drive) to the curve where Tonto Way and Long Look Drive intersect (in front of St. Germaine Catholic Church); west along Long Look Drive (in front of Long Look building), across Loos Drive and Viewpoint Drive, to the intersection with Glassford Hill Road; southeast along Glassford Hill Road to Panther Path; west along Panther Path to the back of Yavapai College campus; south to intersection with Bison Lane and Pleasant View Drive; west along Bison Lane (and then continuing along the back property lines of homes fronting Antelope Lane), past the intersection with Castle Drive, and continuing west to an intersection with the current boundary line with the Prescott Arizona Stake; south along the current Stake boundary line to a point just north of “The Terraces” apartments; around the back of the apartments and the auto dealership; down Market Street and Sundog Ranch Road to SR 69; southwest along SR 69 to the intersection with Old Black Canyon Highway; due south to a point on the southern edge of Creekside (Lynx Creek West); due east to a point on the Stake boundary line (includes Victorian Estates, Lynx Estates, and Creekside); south along said boundary line and then east along the boundary line with the Cottonwood Arizona Stake to the Dewey Ward boundary

Glassford Hill Ward * Beginning at the intersection of Tonto Way and Long Look Drive (next to St. Germaine Catholic Church), then north along Tonto Way, across Loos Drive and Spouse Drive, to the intersection with Manley Drive; across Manley Drive and north along the east lot line of 7974 E. Manley Drive; continuing north to a point where Cattle Track Road and Roundup Drive intersect; west along Roundup Drive to Winchester Drive; north along Winchester Drive through its intersection with Addis Avenue and continuing north to a point intersecting with SR 89A; west along SR 89A to its intersection with the boundary line with the Prescott Stake (just west of the intersection with Glassford Hill Road); south along the Stake boundary line to the StoneRidge Ward boundary

Mingus Foothills Ward * Beginning at a point where SR 89A intersects with the boundary line with the Prescott Arizona Stake, north along said boundary line, then east and north along the current boundary line with the Territorial Ward, past the north end of Viewpoint to the corporate limit line for the Town of Prescott Valley; continuing east along said boundary line (roughly along Dog Ranch Road) to a point that intersects with a line extending north from the eastern edge of the Yavapai Fairgrounds property (roughly along or parallel to Bracken Ridge Road); south along said line (passing west of Coyote Crest) to its intersection with SR 89A (includes ViewPoint, Pronghorn Ranch and Poquito Valley); southwest along SR 89A to Robert Road; south along Robert Road to Roundup Drive; west along Roundup Drive to the boundary of Glassford Hill Ward

Agua Fria Ward * Beginning at the point that intersects with the extension of Dog Ranch Road and Braken Ridge Road, east to a point just north of where SR 89A crests on Mingus Mountain; south on a line that passes through that crest to a point on a line that would extend east from Roundup Drive; east along that line to a point extending up from the eastern Dewey Ward boundary; south to the Dewey Ward boundary (includes Mingus West, Prescott Ridge, and Coyote Crest)
