issan avara D22 D22 / Outlaw / Hardbody Bumper Fitting Instructions Kit Description This kit is a stainless steel ( chrome appearance ) rear bumper for a Nissan Navara D22. Kit Contents Rear Bumper x 1 ( complete with number plate light and plastic tread plates ) Metal Brackets x 2 ( left and right ) Fixing Bolts Fitting Guidance Step 1 – Attach the brackets to rear of the chassis as shown in the pictures below. If you have a towbar fitted it is better to leave the tow bar in contact with the chassis and put the bumper brackets outside the towbar brackets. Do not fully tighten bolts until the position is finalized.

Step 2 – Now attached rear bumper to the end of the brackets. The bumper plates go on the outside of the bumper brackets. Step 3 – Check that the tailgate can open ( slowly to avoid damage ) and that the spare wheel release can be accessed ( if applicable ) Step 4 – Fully tighten bolts. Care and Cleaning This product is stainless steel and will not rust. To polish and remove light scratches use Autoglym metal polish.
