Una iniciativa que promueve la inclusión y valoración de la diversidad desde la escuela

Objetivo

A partir del mes de Febrero de 2015 Fundown Caribe pone en marcha una nueva iniciativa “No hay 2 iguales”. Un programa dirigido a estudiantes de los niveles de educación básica, que busca contribuir al fomento de una cultura inclusiva y de respeto por la diversidad, como herramienta de prevención de la discriminación al interior de las instituciones educativas

¿Cómo nace el proyecto? Desde el año 2010 Fundown Caribe viene adelantando talleres de concientización en pro de la inclusión en la ciudad de Barranquilla, de cuya experiencia surge este proyecto. Hasta diciembre de 2014 hemos realizado:

Reconocimientos Nuestra iniciativa y metodología de trabajo han obtenido el reconocimiento del Proyecto HILANDO liderado por el Centro de Innovación Social de la ANSPE en alianza con la Corporación Somos más y UNIMINUTO, en la categoría de buenas prácticas durante el 2013. Catalogo Hilando. Segundo lugar Premios latinoamericanos STEPHAN SCHMIDHEINY 2014, del Centro de Intercambio de Conocimientos, en la categoría de Innovación Social . Innovación para la Sostenibilidad

Valoración de la percepción Medición del nivel de aceptación y percepción de la diversidad en los grupos participantes.

La meta es gestar una iniciativa en pro de la valoración de la diversidad al interior de las instituciones, que serán publicadas en la galería online de Fundown Caribe.

Taller lúdico diseñado y ejecutado un lapso de 90 minutos con grupos de estudiantes entre 8 y 12 años. Grupos de hasta 35 alumnos.

¿Qué material usamos?

Los talleres son realizados por personal previamente capacitado y con base en un librillo de actividades individual y una unidad didáctica diseñados por Fundown Caribe. El material de trabajo será distribuido de manera gratuita a los participantes.

Aporta al cumplimiento de los estándares básicos de competencias ciudadanas establecidas por el MEN

¿Cómo y quiénes pueden participar? El programa va dirigido a 30 instituciones educativas publicas o privadas de las ciudades de Barranquilla y Santa Marta. Cada colegio puede solicitar entre 2 y 4 talleres con la participación total de 100 alumnos, realizados en 1 o 2 días máximo.(Grupos de hasta 35 estudiantes) Por cada taller realizado el colegio recibirá material adicional para réplica, de un taller con las mismas proporciones, por parte de sus docentes o alumnos seleccionados y capacitados por Fundown Caribe.
