A caseof non-implementation of cadre Restructuring effective from 0l/IIl20l3 issued under Railway Board's letter No.PC-rrl20l3lcRC/4, dated 08/1012013 in the categoriesof Technical Supervisors working in the Engineering Department on South Western Railway has been reported to the Federationby our affiliate SWRES. NFiR has received further report that the implementation of Cadre Restructurin-ein the categories of Technical Supervisor has been held up for want of completion of ACRs of the staff concerned for the yeai 3r/0312013. Federation has also given to understandthat the ACRs of the staff to be considered for promotion under cRC, could not be completedon the Zonal Railways due to transfer of the officers concernedout of S.W.Rlv.
