AVISO IMPORTANTE Comunidad Universitaria; Se les informa que el Programa de Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas, concentración en Contabilidad y el Grado Asociado en Terapia Respiratoria del Centro de Manatí, han recibido una directiva de retirar la aprobación de estos programas por parte del Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS), agencia que acredita la universidad, por no cumplir con una ejecución mínima de 60% de retención por dos años consecutivos. Debe quedar claro que Dewey University y cada uno de sus unidades continúan acreditados durante esta acción, y mantienen su elegibilidad para ayudas económicas. Estamos trabajando arduamente, para lograr que el actual estatus sea revisado en la próxima reunión de ACICS. Dewey University reitera su compromiso de continuar brindando una educación de calidad y apoyo a sus estudiantes.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT University Community; The Bachelor’ Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and the Academic Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy programs at the Manati Campus received a Council withdrawal of approval for a program notification from the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS), who is currently the institutions accreditor due to a non-compliance with the 60% retention rate for the last two consecutive years. It should be made clear that Dewey University and every one of its campuses continues to be accredited during this action and thus maintain their eligibility for financial aid. We are working hard to appeal the agencies decision so that the present status is revised by ACICS. Dewey University reaffirms its commitment to offering a quality education, as well as support to the students.
