Circular Ref.No.: 18/2017 To All Members, Sub: Introduction of TATA Communications Limited (TCL) as a service provider on additional POPs The Exchange had introduced High Bandwidth Leased Line (HBLL) connectivity vide its circular NSE/MEM/31583 dated January 18, 2016. In order to provide more choices and better coverage, TCL was introduced as an additional last mile service provider on Ghatkopar (Mumbai), Jeevan Vihar (Delhi) & Salt Lake (Kolkata) POPs via Exchange circular NSE/MSD/34355 dated March 10, 2017. In continuation of the same and to further augment its initiative to encourage wider participation from various areas, the Exchange is now pleased to extend High Bandwidth Leased Line (HBLL) offering through TATA Communications Limited (TCL) on below mentioned POPs in addition to the existing.   
