About the NST What is the NST? The National Support Team is a group of individuals from the AIESEC network that works on multiple projects and initiatives for the development and growth of AIESEC in France.  The Team Leaders for the NST is the Member Committee of AIESEC in France.

Coaching and mentorship from the AIESEC in France MC 1718 A performance review every 3 months Be listed as a preferred trainer for LCs in need of coaching or training visits Co-create national strategies with the MC Improvement of skills such as time management, tracking & analytics, and other hard/soft skills

Additionally, the Education Manager is responsible for the co-creation and tracking of an evaluation tool to track members’ experience level as they progress through the education cycle. With this data, the EM will report and propose solutions to potential problems.

Innovation Manager Job Description The overall purpose of this role is to innovate with the MCVP TM on new ways to deliver inductions, internationalize AIESEC in France, improve our conference cycle and change the culture of the members of AIESEC in France. The role of the Innovation Hacker (IH) is also to lead a sub commission of LCVPs TM with creating tools and regularly report his/her work in order to strive for growth in people management.
