About the NST What is the NST? The National Support Team is a group of individuals from the AIESEC network that works on multiple projects and initiatives for the development and growth of AIESEC in France. The Team Leaders for the NST is the Member Committee of AIESEC in France.

Innovation Manager Job Description The overall purpose of this role is to innovate with the MCVP TM on new ways to deliver inductions, internationalize AIESEC in France, improve our conference cycle and change the culture of the members of AIESEC in France. The role of the Innovation Hacker (IH) is also to lead a sub commission of LCVPs TM with creating tools and regularly report his/her work in order to strive for growth in people management.
