If you think AIESEC in Iceland is an easy entity because of its small size, then you gotta think again. This entity is a pretty accurate depiction of the nature of the country, it’s a force of nature that even if it seems small it’s still powerful enough to challenge you and turn your life upside down. An entity striving for growth as Iceland is looking for people that are up to the
challenge of making AIESEC a relevant entity that engages and is able to engage every young person in the country, there are challenges, of course, but I trust you already feel motivated because of the huge potential we have for innovation.

AIESEC in Iceland: AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-led organization. We provide a platform for young people between 18 and 30 years to develop their talents and reach their leadership potential. We do this providing quality cross-cultural exchange through our international volunteering and internship products. Since we were founded, we have engaged and developed over 1,000,000 young people who have been through an AIESEC experience. Relevant AIESEC in Iceland Information: - AIESEC has existed in Iceland since 1961. - since 1995 AIESEC in Iceland organizes Framadagar, the only major-scale career fair making it the biggest one in Iceland. - There are 25 members involved with AIESEC in Iceland in this 16|17 term. - AIESEC in Iceland can be thought of as “an expansion entity with full membership”

NST Application Procedure Step 1 - Read through the open NST positions and find the one more suitable to you Step 2 - Prepare your CV in English Step 3 - Prepare a 30 second Introduction Video and upload it to youtube/vimeo Step 4 - Answer the general application questionnaire Step 5 - Add to your application the specific items required for each NST position you wish to apply for. You can apply for more than one position but please state your preference order when you send your application. Work is expected to be carried out in a virtual setting, plan accordingly so you can meet all deadlines and assigned resposibilities Please submit your application in one PDF file (Max size 25 MB) and send it to

NST OGX: Exchange Wizard Strategy and solutions is what we’re looking for! - Youth in Iceland is often reluctant to take a volunteering exchange abroad mostly because they need to work while they’re off school and for the big majority they don’t take internships because there isn’t a need for that since most students get jobs right out of the university. Based on this, how would you plan to support OGX in order to boost exchanges in the entity. We’re looking for fresh ideas, sharp analytical skills and feasibility of your proposals.
