To Complete Your Application Packet, Please Provide The Following:

(1) An Official Copy of your High School Transcript. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (2) An Official Copy of your SAT. You must have a minimum score of 950 or 21-27 ACT Score (3) Two Letters of Recommendations. One letter must be from a faculty member of your high school. The second letter must be from a community leader (i.e., a minister, civic leader, a public official, or President/Director of an organization). These letters should be at least 250 words and type written. (4) Your application must be reviewed and signed by your Guidance Counselor. Send your completed application with the above documents to Scholarship Committee (address on front cover). In order to be considered. ALL required information must be received on or before April 25, 2017. *PLEASE NOTE: If you are a selected finalist you will be required to attend an interview, and also attend our annual scholarship banquet. The committee will notify you of the dates, times, and locations. The committee also reviews all applicants applying on the basis of hardship. We will require an additional letter explaining your personal situation. All information included will be held with the utmost confidence. This letter must be type written and submitted by the applicant.
