To provide ATM Booth Guard service. -To provide fire fighting service. -To provide all kinds of manpower (Tender & out-sourcing) etc. -To provide expert man power if and when necessary etc. - To prevent fire accident.

-To Investigate of Fire accident and Bomb explosion. 1) The registered office will provide with Security Guards, Life Guard, Save Guard, Fire fighting service and Officers and all kinds of manpower on the basis of contract service both in home and abroad. 2) Rescue women and children, live in town and village from fire accident, or any form of natural calamities and disasters and arrange training of fire prevention and to advise all through court yard meeting/folk songs. Workshops Advocacy meeting, Orientation, Drama staging and Video exhibition. 3) Poor and illiterate people who live in slums and villages can be the cause of setting fire unconsciously and unintentionally. So motivation program mom, orientation, training etc will be arranged to create awareness among mass people. 4) To arrange practical training for the educated, half-educated, skilled and unskilled male and female youth in the country. The subject matter of this kind of training will be the techniques and ways of how to rescue from fire accident, the technique of street publicity, and the technique of creating awareness among mass people and so on. 5) To award certificate to the participants after training about fire-prevention. 6) To arrange street-publicity through milking before Fire-accident or earth-quake or cyclone or Tornado, Floods or AILA or SIDOR or any kind of natural calamity. 7) To ensure housing/residents/repatriation for the cyclone affected people. 8) The construction of cyclone centre must be ensured, So that at the time of any kind of natural calamity, people can take shelter, irrespective of man, woman and children, caste creed and colure 9) To do the work of earth or sand or bricks removing, both in towns and villages after the natural calamity. 10) To rescue the victims after drowning of the ships, lunch, cargo, trawler, ferry, Boat and so on. 11) To distribute relief's to the affected people. 12) To repatriate the affected people. 13) To make arrangement for investigation of any kind of accident or natural calamity and to submit report to the proper authority. 14) To investigate the address of the victims or affected people both GO and NGO personnel's. 15) To build up a detective branch of the organization. 16) To arrange voluntary services creating voluntary organization both in towns and villages. 17) To provide man power throughout sourcing in the area of industries, mills and factories. GO and NGO institutions, garments factories, markets, shopping malls, residential hotels, residents, housing society and such institutions.

18) Poor and unconscious people who live in towns and villages for their unconsciousness cause fire set fire. So through proper training and slum development to stop fire accident and sop fire, burnings etc. 19) To increase awareness about smoking among mass-people in the area of any organization, industries, office premises, airport, Zoo, park, garden Sunder bans etc. 20) To increase people awareness training, court yard meeting, handbill, poster distribution in the period of natural calamities, famine, and earthquake etc. mort be ensured 21) To form volunteer force and train them from this organization or under fire service and civil defense department and to make them ready for prevention of fire accident, stoppage of fire, rescue from fire, primary treatment in natural calamities, famine SID OR, AILA, earthquake etc. 22) To arrange training for the educated male and female youth in the country, which must be useful for fire prevention, rescue from fire accident people, giving them proper training from the organization and under fire service and civil Defense Department and to engage government, semi government project, various Industries, Factories, office garments as individually or an unit as condition basis or out sourcing system etc. 23) Unemployed people will be trained under this organization and make them fit to engage as fire fighter and to stop fire, put out fire, rescue from fire. Skilled officers and staffs will be sent to foreign countries for better training and better services etc. 24) In the capital city, Divisional town, District town, Upazilla Town, ferry ghat may be free from Traffic jam as on proper training of educated and un employee youth. To make a strong team of volunteer force for traffic signal to remove traffic jam etc. 25) National and International organization, Industries, Office, Building, Factories, Air port, Zoo, Park, EPZ, Bank, Bema, Hospital, Clinic, Market, Shopping mall, Show room, Workshop, Garage, Godown, Dense populated slum are to visit when after fire accident and report to be placed to the concerning authority etc. 26) To remove the want of pure drinking water deep tube-well to be set up and pure water tank to bear for the distressed people. 27) Experienced trainer may be brought from forcing countries to train our people and experienced doctors may be brought to treat our people etc. 28) A Training complex may be founded for training our people and to save our lives from fire accident and fire stoppage, famine, earthquake and others natural calamities etc. 29) To help the distressed people by fire accident, famine and others natural calamities. Women and children’s right to the society is to be reserved and social security may be performed etc. 30) To establish hospitals for treatment the fire accident people etc. 31) Land may be bought or leased to found non-government fire service, Fire station. And if necessary other offices or Stations may be set in the capital city, Divisional town, District town and Upazilla Town, Union levels. 32) Security signal equipment, fire stoppage car, pump, decorum, fire extinguisher equipment to

be made lease or bought from foreign countries and use it for operational activities, fire Prevention, rescue from fire, natural calamities, earthquake etc, Equipments may be sold, taken care of proposing for rehearsal etc. 33) Fire stoppage Brigades operational activities, fire stoppage care for each brigade, pump, equipments, Jeep, motor car, ambulance to be arranged and offices and staffs may be appointed for fire prevention. Fire stoppage, rescue form fire accident and to save the lives and wealth’s of the distressed people, to manage ambulance service and media communication. Any news of fire accident from any how to national, international organization, government or non government organization, industries, factories, educational, institution, Banks, Bema, Hospital, Clinic, Market/shopping mall, filling station, garage, residential hotel, go down, over populated slum, our strong team would arrange all necessary action to stop the fire with fire stoppage cars and pumps and others necessaries etc. 34) To setup mobile hospitals so that services at grass root levels may be ensured. If fire accident occurs and earthquake at town/village. Mobile hospitals will be instantly sent to that village and the wounded persons will be sincerely taken care of that is the victims will not go to hospitals but the mobile hospitals will move to the spot and serve the wounded persons. 09. Proposal for engaging/Providing efficient Security Guards, Life Guard, Save Guard, Gun Man Guard, Cash Caring Guard, Asst Security Inspectors, Security Inspectors, Security Officers & fire fighters, in different positions (All are well trained). a) Dear Sir, Best compliments to you on behalf of our organization. We have been serving with Fame and Fame by the grace of the Al-mighty Allah with deferent organizations in contract basis by providing Security officers, Security Inspectors, Asst Security Inspectors, Security Guards, Life Guard, Save Guard, Gun Man Guard, Cash Caring Guard & fire fighters etc. who are practically efficient in fire fighting, beside that demanded/required by any organizations. We also work on fire prevention. b) Our FIRE GUARD LIMITED. Started in the year of Bangladesh-Registration No:-3-630.37.02796, 06129/2005. (A Non Government Fire Service & Human Welfare Socio Developmental Institution).With most efficient. Team and volume of the work is always spending on depending of our better and prompt services. Presently our Man power strength has increased more than 500They have been performing their duties in different organizations such as Govt., Semi Govt., and Autonomous body. Group of Industries and Residence etc. consisting with 4 Branch offices. Terms & conditions of the contract:1) After the completion of contract in between us we will provide our persons with full uniforms in tip top position and they will fulfill their duties according to scheduled 8 hours. By the Bas A.B. & C shifts as desired by your instruction/ suggestion for the both interest of the organizations. 2) Our experienced high officials will take care of them in all respects that is administration, controlling by training in regular basis, Night checking etc to gear up them for the development of their day to day duties/responsibilities, and to keep the security & safety of your company in all respects. 3) There is no such advantage of any organizations to directly appoint any persons deployed by us breaking the rules and regulations of our company/contract.

4) Our deployed persons of any nature will continue their duties 365 days (8 Hours basis). 5) Our persons are always insured by Shadharan Bima Corporation. 6) If anybody would like to go on leave who will place the leave application to their in charge & in charge will allow his leave with the consultation by the company’s higher authority with prior Information to us. After the replacement of Security Guards and Fire fighting, Officers, another Men power of any nature by us he will be allowed to go on leave. 7) Salary/Remuneration will be fixed through negotiation considering the present market value on the humanitarian ground. 8) On the humanitarian ground 2 EID festivals Bonus/religious festival Bonus may be allowed/ considered as decided by your authority which will be disbursed through our office. 9) Yearly promotion policy should be considered by your company which will ensure better performance in future for the interest of your organizations. 10) Residence of deployed personnel shall have to be arranged by your organization inside the compound for your own interest. 11) All type of fire equipments, Fire Dress, Metal Detector, Residence, Electric, fan, Cots, Chairs, tools, pens, registers, torch lights, umbrellas etc. shall have to be supplied/borne by your organizations. 12) The supplied man power of This Agreed paper may increase or decrease according to your demand. 13) The employed person’s salary will be increased of the year End as the rule of Labor Law. 14) The absence, sick and others crime of employed person will transfer his/her post and that post will be occupied by the newly recruited person and they will do tail duties. 15) Remuneration of deployed persons shall have to be paid to us as per our bill on 5 th instant of every month. 16) Beside that, there is no provision of monetary transaction with our any deployed persons. If any reward for better performance given by you will cordially be accepted by us. 17) The second party will offer VAT with monthly salaries to the first party and the first party will give TAX to Companies Circle one Khulna at the end of the year. 18) Our persons would never be appointed directly of your organizations. 19) If any organizations required to cancel/this contact of contract/agreement requested to inform us before 90th days back from either side. 20) Monthly Salary/ Remuneration of Security Guards, Life Guard, Save Guard, Gun Man Guard, Cash Caring Guard, Fire Fighting and Officers of Different Position Including Others Man Power will be Supplied by our Institution. TERMS & CODNITIONS:1) According to your demand note, if fire extinguishing equipments, C.C Camera and computer or computer equipment fittings are purchased; it will not be returned or cancelled. 2) We will not give compensation, if any equipments are damaged due to low or high voltage or damage done by your staffs and workers. 3) Daily 2000/- (Two thousand taka) taka fees will be given for our engineering staffs for right place selection of the fire equipments. 4) For setting fire equipments, CC camera and other equipments, design of mapping for every floor will be offered 7000/- (Seven thousand taka) fees. 5) To afford training your staffs and workers, about fire prevention, rescue from fire, fire extinguishing and first aid and so on. You have to pay 400 (four hundred) take per day for every person. 6) We can also provide package programmed. One package consists of 25 persons. Pre-cautions from fire accident and duties and responsibilities to present fire accident:1) Continue to extinguish fire before arrival of cars and staff of fire service and civil defense. 2) After cooking fire must be extinguished. 3) To avoid the use of open lamps. 4) To scrutinize electric fittings twice a month and if necessary fittings should be changed. 5) Use earthlings system for all equipments and machines and tools. 6) To recruit expert person for using chemicals and burning materials. 7) To prohibit smoking in the institution or to arrange special rooms for smoking. 8) To reserve abundant water in the institutions. 9) To keep enough fire extinguishing instrument. 10) To appoint trained fire man. 11) To make rehearsal once at a month in industries, office, mills and factories. 12) To keep the main switch off immediately after fire accident and to inform fire-service control room. 13) To note down telephone numbers at local fire-service and civil defense office on the walls. 14) To roll down on earth if the fire ablaze at clothes. 15) To throw water through pipes or springs to prevent heat temperature and conflagration. 16) If fire accident causes in towns or villages cry applaud/aloud to gather public and try not to

Construction and then necessary step should be taken. 8) To store in houses, battery conducted radio, torch light, charger light, whistle flute, red clothes and first-aid. Equipments. 9) To participate earth-quake awareness creation and prevention training courses organized by Govt. organization and Non Government Fire Service & Human Welfare Socio Developmental Institution. 10) To exhibit earth-quake related films in the grass-root levels. 11) To take necessary steps for publicity in the print and electronic media technique and experience of the earth-quake occurring /prone countries like Japan Indonesia and others. 12) To take necessary steps for higher training of the rescue teams. 13) To organize or build rescue teams at the grass- root levels. 14) To organize training at the family levels about first-aid treatments. 15) To inform the public (about the preparation before earth-quake) about earth quake through different meetings, seminars, symposiums workshops, orientations and so on. 16) To inform local fire service and civil defiance teams. 17) In time of earth quake or disaster, use of lifts must be avoided or stopped and that time, only and only the stairs should be used. 18) Water reserved tank will be checked every hour. 19) To make ready for publicity.(Mick or other related equipments) before fire accident and earth wake and other natural calamities.

20) To make ready one or more ambulance in time of fire accident, earth quake and other natural calamities. 16. The first general meeting of the organization shall be held within months form the date of its incorporation. Subsequent general meetings shall be held once in every calendar year. (Not being more than fifteen months after the last general meeting). The general meetings shall be called “Annual general meeting.” All other meetings of the shareholders of the organization shall be called “Extra-Ordinary general meeting,” Time and place of all general meetings shall be decided by the board of director’s from time to time. 17. The directors may at any time call an Extra-Ordinary general meeting and an ExtraOrdinary general meeting may be called by the share holders on requisition in accordance with the prevention. 18. Unless otherwise determined by the organization in general meeting the number of directors s hall be not less than 3 (Three) and not more than 7(Seven). 19. The following persons shall be the first and permanent directors of the company until otherwise becomes disqualified or voluntarily resign or causing death. 1).

The board of directors shall have power from time to time to appoint one or more persons as directors who shall retire from office at the next ordinary general meetings as directors provided that by such appointment the total directors shall not exceed the maximum number. 21. The board of directors shall have the power to nominate an alternate director in absence of any director for his long leave and this alternate director will act all such function as to be made by the original director. 22. Mrs. Daly Aktar shall be the first chairman of the organization. She shall be entitled to remain and continue in the said office for a person of 5(Five) years form the date of appointment until he voluntarily resigns or become disqualified. 23. Mohammad Ali Gazi shall be the first Managing Director of the Organization. He shall be entitled to remain and continue in the said office for a period of 5(Five) years from the date of appointment until he voluntarily resigns or become disqualified. 24. For the service to be rendered by the chairman, Managing Director and other directors he shall receive such allowances and remuneration as will be determined by the board of directors from time to time. 25. Without Prejudice to the general powers and other powers conferred by these proceeding clause the business and all other affairs of the organization shall be managed by the Managing Director and subject to general supervision & overall control of the Board of Directors he shall exercise the following power:

a) To manage all concerns and affairs of the organization, to appoint employees, officers, agents. advisers, consultants, organizer, experts, scientist, technicians, day labors, servants and others for the purpose of the company and remove or dismiss them and appoint others in their place and to pay and allow so be paid to employees as aforesaid such salaries, commission, wages, fees or other remuneration as may be deemed fit and proper and in particular to sanction and the preliminary expenses of the organization. b) To borrow or raise any sums of money by loan or otherwise on mortgage or hypothecation, or such securities terms as he may deem fit and execute, sign and seal or deliver all necessary documents or do any other act on that behalf. c) To purchase or otherwise acquire for the organization any properly, rights, privileges such as the organization authorized to such price and generally on such terms and conditions as he think fit. d) To sign contract forms, certificate bonds, drafts and other documents on behalf of the organization. e) To execute and sign in the name of organization all such deeds and things as are necessary for the welfare of the Organization. f) To purchase, sell, exchange or otherwise dispose of the absolutely or conditionally any property for the purpose Of the organization. g) To enter into all such negotiations and contract and vary all such contracts and execute and do all such act, deeds in the name and on behalf of the organization as he may consider expedient for any relation to or in the interest of the organization. h) To delegate all or any of the powers hereby conferred upon him and to any director, manager, secretary or the officers of the organization as he from time to time think fit and proper. 26. The organization shall open bank account in its name in any commercial bank/banks which shall be operated by the signature of Managing Director and Chairman of the organization. 27. When a notice is sent by post, courier service, the notice shall be deemed to effect by properly addressing, prepaying and posting a letter containing the notice and unless contrary is proved to have been effect at the time which the letter would deliver in the ordinary course of post & regulations No: 113 to 117 to schedule- I shall apply. 28. Besides weekly holiday, officer, employees may apply for above without pay for emergency need and such leave may be granted by the authority considering the purpose as well as official work etc. 44. If any employee be accused of any misconduct, by concealing his personal details or any fact or earning illegal money or losing any thing relating to office, he will be dismissed from service and his security money and provident fund may be forfeited. 45. 58. Drivers will be standing a fire station by wearing full uniform. Any kinds of fire accident, news of fire accident they must bear with then water tender car, fire Fighting, Life Guard, Save Guard, Gun Man Guard, Cash Caring Guard, A F O must give with necessary articles for taking necessary action. At a time twin vehicle and fire officer, an ambulance one doctor, one nurse would present at the accident area. 59. If necessary after accident people would be taken hospital or private medical center. In ease of big fire accident fire water tanker track would reach with water to help. 60. In our country huge want to pure draining. So deep pump would be founded by keeping 6” pipe. Water from that pump would be used for fire accident and removed by fresh water tanker. 61. Staff officer would be performed his duty as Asst. In-charge of the fire station. He will visit the fire accident area of any kind of fire accident out side. He will make a report of accident person Organization, institution, mills, factory, market shops, garments, house, hotel etc. And the report must be submitted to directors of all fire stations. The report submitted by the asst. In-charge seems unsatisfactory the D/D would visit the accidental area and submit the report to the Managing Director. 62. All kinds of applications, complains would be sent to the Managing Director through reliable in-charge, Necessary action will be taken by the decision of the Managing Director. 63. Deputy Director would be overall of the fire station. All officers and staffs directed by him, He must stay at fire station from 10.00 am. To 6.00 pm. Any kind of problem he must reach the place of occurrence. 64. The Engine mechanic must stay at barrack of fire station. Any problem of vehicle and pump he would mend it then and there. 65. The electrician must stay at break of fire station. He would make up any of problem of electricity. 66. Peon would be stayed at the barrack of the fire station. His duty would be 10.00 am to 6.00 pm. He would deliver letters and documents to related officers and outside of the office by taking Signature. He would take care the office and entertains to the guests and officers. He would follow the order and direction of the officers. 67. Cleaner will clean and keep fresh of the office and fire station. He will perform duty from 7. Am to 01. Pm. 68. Computer operator will compose all kinds of papers and others composing work. 69. Private Secretary (P. A) Would be engaged of higher officers helping hand. All kinds of letters, documents would be processed by him. He would perform all kinds of works under related officers. 70.
