Register your project team. Fill Project details. Fill Patent details. Upload project report. Download GTU certificate.

1. Register your project team: All project teams have to register first with the module. (Team id generated on the time of PSAR phase will NOT be applicable in this phase). 

Go to http://projects.gtuinnovationcouncil.ac.in/login.aspx



Click Sign Up Link or Go to Team Register link.

  

Enter detail of member Click ADD button. Same way Add All team members one by one.



Click NEXT button when all members are added. (You can modify the team and data of members later) You will be prompted for User Name, Password and security Question / Answer. By submitting them your team will be registered.

 

Remember this TEAM ID for further procedure.

ADD member to team even after registration. 

If any of your Team member was left at the time of registration, that member can be added by Request-Accept procedure.

Place request:  

Go to ADD Member link. Enter the Team id that is already formed and member details who want to be part of that registered team.

Accept request:  

Now login with the user name and password. In case you have forgot your Team ID, can check it in STATUS link.



You will find a pending request. By accepting that request, new member will be added to team.

2. Fill Project details.   

Log in with username and password. Go to Project Details link. Enter details about your project.

3. Fill patent details   



Log In with username and password. Go to PDE link. Fill the details about the patent. o Consider/Assume your project have some unique feature /invention that has not been implemented in world. You need to fill the details for that feature or Invention. Insert details of Applicant and Inventors.



Now fill other details about the patent.



Check or Uncheck 3rd and 4th Declarations according to your patent.



Make Drawing attachment checked or unchecked according to patent.



Now fill other details.



Finally following page will open, click on generate report to get PDF of report.

4. Upload project report.   

The final project report which you have prepared. Log in with username and password. Go to Download / Upload link.

Go to “Upload your project report Here “  

Upload your report in PDF or Word document, as you wish. If you have IDP and company is benefited from your project then upload any Document / Certificate from company that shows benefit from your project to company.

5. Download GTU certificate. 

hen you will fill all the details of Project detail and PDE details, you will be able to download the GTU certificate from Download / Upload link.
