NFIR, desiresto statethat as per extant rules the medically decategorisedRunning Staff on their posting against stationaryposts are allowed 30Yoof pay addition. Reports receivedby the Federationreveal that on certain Zonal Railways these rules are not been followed on the pretext that in the wake of implementationof 7ft CPC pay matrices,decision is awaitedfrom the Railway Board. Federationcites the examplesof Southern& WesternRailways where 30Yopay element of 7tr CPC Pay is not being added resulting grievance from those meaicatty decategorised Running Staff absorbedon and after 0l/01/2016. In this connection,Railway Board's clarificationissuedunder letterNo. E(P&A)II-2015/RS-25dated2410712017 addressed to GeneralManager,WesternRailway may also be referredto. NFIR, therefore once again urges upon the Railway Board to issue instructions to all GMs of Zonal Railways for reckoning 30o/opay elementfor pay fixation in the revisedpay of 7ft CPC in the caseof medicallydecategorised RunningStaff when absorbedin the stationaryposts on andafter0l/01/2016.
