Railway Board may kindly appreciatethat the NFIR's PNM Item is pending since last more than fwo years due to non-issuanceof instructions allowing pay fixation benefit under S13 to thosepromoted to the identical Grade/PayScale.NFIR reiteratesthat that the pay fixation is allowed in all suchcasesin terms of Ministry of FinanceOM No. F-2-ll20I5-E m (A) dated,16lI0l20t5. NFIR, therefore,reiteratesits requestto Railway Board to issue clarificatory instructionsto the GeneralManagersetc., for granting pay fixation benefit under Rule S13 in the abovesituations.
