During NFIR's PNM meeting held with the Railway Board on 8ft/9tr October 2015, the Official6ide stated that incentive bonus is not admissibleto SSEsof Road Transport Shop at C&W Repair Workshop, Perambur.The Federation,however, did not agreeand statedthaithe Railway Board's letter No. 99lM (prod)/814/35 dated2210512000 clearly mentionsthat incentive bonus is to be paid to the Supervisorslooking after both incentive and non-incentive sections with further stipulation that the same should be in the ratio of the direct workers under the incentive schemeplus direct workers under non-incentive scheme.This stipulation entitles the SSEsworking in the Road Transport shop of C&W Repair Workshop, Perambur for palmrent of Incentive bonus. Also Federation handed over a copy of its letter of even number dated 28/09/2015addressedto the Railway Board to the Official Side for re-examinationof the issue. Official Side agreed to re-examine the issue on the points brought out by the Federation. Thereafter, a period of more than three months has passedneither instruction shavenot been issuedto the GeneralManager,SouthernRailway nor there is any feedbackto the Federation. NFIR, therefore requeststhe Railway Board to let the Federationknow the action taken in the matter. Yours faithfulyo
