Player Pack FAQ’s I have created my account and entered the password for our pack. Why can I not see the items? Access to the player pack is not automatically granted when you create your account. Accounts may take up to 5 minutes to process. When can I expect my items? Since we do not stock customized apparel, we must bring in blank product to be embellished. To keep costs down for customers, we process all orders when the player pack has closed. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for delivery after the pack has ended. My order status is “Awaiting Fulfillment.” What does that mean? Awaiting fulfillment simply means that we are in the process of bringing in items, having them printed and allotting them to your order. Are youth options available for the items in our player pack? All items are adult size unless otherwise noted. If your child cannot wear an adult size, please contact Customer Service. In some (but not all) cases we can find youth alternatives to the adult cut items. Can I return items I bought through the player pack? We absolutely do not accept returns or provide exchanges on embellished product. For nonembellished stock items, we will be happy to exchange for a different size only. My player pack items should be delivered to the school, but I do not see it listed in my shipping address options. What should I do? We know which orders belong with each player pack and which delivery method to utilize for each pack. Do not worry about inputting the school’s address. In this case, we recommend using your billing address as the “Ship To” address.
