SHERWOOD MIDDLE SCHOOL PRE-ARRANGED ABSENCE FORM Thank you for notifying Sherwood Middle School personnel of your long term absence. You are responsible for completing missed work and attending before or after school homework help in order to catch up. Absences for vacation purposes are strongly discouraged. In accordance with Oregon Law, any student absent from school for 10 consecutive days must be withdrawn from school and will need to be re-registered upon his/her return.
