- 5 medium-size ripe peaches (approx. 4 cups) - 2 tablespoons honey CALIFRNIA - 1/4 cup vanilla almond $6.59/KG milk - 2 teaspoons lemon zest - Mint leaves for garnish.

1) Peel peaches and remove pits. Dice into roughly 1” chunks.

2) Put diced peaches in a freezer bag or freezer-safe $6.59/KG container, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

3) Add frozen peaches to food processor. Add the honey, almond milk, and lemon zest, and blend everything until smooth. 4) Put the mixture into a freezer-safe container, and smooth with a spoon or spatula. Seal and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Serve cold, garnished with a few mint leaves.
