SAnsitization of parents through SMC trainings ,use of innovative strategies, ICT and qualitative enhancement of result attracted the parents to admit their wards in our school, I inspired them as my own ward studied in my school.

As officiating head , managed to depute teachers on vacant post by sensitizing SMC, Created team work and took extra classes due to which result was improved and some of the students got merit position. This institution gained a good reputation and so we increased the enrollment of our school. WE got three appreciation letters for 100% results.
