Obiettivi formativi: il corso ha l’obiettivo di fornire conoscenze e competenze di natura gestionale ed organizzativa nonché capacità di utilizzo degli strumenti di valutazione e misurazione delle attività e delle performance aziendali. Particolare attenzione sarà dedicata alla gestione finanziaria e alle problematiche di organizzazione aziendale. Objectives: the course aims to provide managerial and organizational knowledge and skills and the ability to use the tools of evaluation and measurement of corporate assets and business performance. Particular attention will be reserved to financial management and business organization. Risultati d’apprendimento attesi: acquisizione di competenze specifiche di management. In particolare: a) capacità di analisi e valutazione finanziaria, sia delle decisioni di finanziamento che di quelle di investimento; b) capacità di analisi e progettazione delle strutture organizzative d’impresa. Expected learning results: acquisition of specific skills of management. In particular: a) the ability to financial analysis and evaluation, both in financing decisions and in capital budgeting; b) ability to analize and design of the organizational structure.
